Upper School: Sophie Scholars

Program Overview
A Sophie Scholar is a distinguished Sacred Heart student who has chosen to explore a field of interest in depth, give back to their community, and share their knowledge in meaningful ways. Sophie Scholars commit to not only rigorous study, but also enriching co-curricular experiences. Students are invited to apply for these programs in the second semester of Grade 9. Upon acceptance, they begin their work in Grade 10 and earn a special designation upon graduation.
Sophie Scholars embrace learning as a way to transform the world, much as Sacred Heart founder St. Madeleine Sophie Barat did.
