The Sacred Heart Academy Admissions Process

We are thrilled to know that you are considering a Sacred Heart education for your daughter. You are welcome to submit an inquiry form, if you haven’t already, then schedule a tour or register for an Open House.

PART ONE
Step 1: Begin the admission process by submitting an application. The first part of the process includes the candidate's profile, and the candidate and parent questionnaires.

Step 2: We want to get to know you better!

Applicants who have completed Step 1 of the application, are invited to schedule a Shadow Day for their daughter. A parent Interview can be scheduled for the same day in-person. Interviews are a required step in the admission process.

Step 3: For Applicants to Grades 9-12, the submission of the High School Placement Test (HSPT) Score, must be submitted. Sacred Heart Academy Bryn Mawr is a testing location for the HSPT; it will be held on our campus on Saturday, November 8th at 9:00 a.m. Register here. 

PART TWO
Complete the process by requesting academic records, and recommendations from an English teacher and a Math teacher. An optional Supplemental recommendation can also be submitted from a coach or non-family member mentor.

Priority Enrollment

SHA offers Priority Enrollment for all students. To be included, the admission and financial aid applications must be submitted by Monday, December 1, 2025. Families will be notified of acceptance status by Monday, December 15, 2025. Priority enrollment consideration will also be given to siblings and daughters of alumnae at this time.

Effective January 1, 2025, a rolling admissions process will begin and K-12 application profiles will be reviewed upon completion on a space-available basis.
