Merit Scholarships

These scholarships are awarded to qualified candidates during their Upper School or Middle School years at Sacred Heart Academy. Merit Scholarship exams are available for students entering fifth, sixth and ninth-grade. Applicants are considered based on multiple factors, including academic performance and strength of character. Finalists are invited to interview with members of the school administration. 

The objective of Sacred Heart Education is to develop people of integrity whose actions align with their values and beliefs. True to St. Madeleine Sophie’s vision, clearly expressed in the Goals and Criteria, ideally, Sacred Heart graduates are characterized by their confidence, courage, and compassionate spirit. By graduation, Sacred Heart students have developed the skills and competencies necessary to navigate their future with hope, joy and purpose.
