About the Merit Scholarships

Middle School students entering grades 5 and 6 in the fall 2023 are eligible for Sacred Heart Academy Bryn Mawr (SHA) Merit Scholarships. These partial scholarships are renewed annually.

The St. Madeleine Sophie Academic Merit Scholarships are awarded based upon the following criteria:

• Strong academic performance based upon grades and standardized test results.
• Teacher recommendations submitted during the Admissions process.
• Sacred Heart Academy Mawr's Scholarship Examination.
   

Exam Details

The SHA Scholarship Examination is on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 4:30 p.m.

Students should bring two #2 pencils. Calculators are not permitted. 

Students are encouraged to bring a bottle of water. Light snacks will be provided.
