Support SHA

Dear Friends,

The Institutional Advancement team is responsible for all fundraising efforts and events, alumnae and parent relations, relationship building among all constituencies, and database management. Our team is grateful for all that the SHA community has done and will do for our most treasured assets – our students and faculty.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to any team member via email or phone to discuss options for giving or volunteering. We look forward to engaging with you!

The Randy Rogers P'02, P'04 Memorial Scholarship

The Randy Rogers P'02, P'04 Memorial Scholarship was recently established by the family of Randy Rogers, a longtime and beloved SHA Field Hockey Coach. The scholarship will provide financial support to a student throughout her four years in the Upper School; the first will be awarded in 2023 to a student in the Class of 2027. Each year, the Admissions Committee will select a scholarship recipient who embodies the qualities of Randy Rogers and is in high academic standing.

Learn more about the endowed scholarship and the upcoming Randy Rogers '02, '04 Memorial Scholarship Beef & Beer. Donors interested in supporting the endowed scholarship should reach out to Suzanne Santora Robinson '76 P'06, Director of Alumnae Relations.

Make an Investment in Our Students

Sacred Heart Education

Current and future financial sustainability is critical in offering the educational experience that the entire SHA community has come to expect. Being mindful that tuition does not cover the entire cost of a student’s education, philanthropy and the support of gifts from alumnae, parents, friends, corporations, foundations, faculty, staff and proceeds raised at various school events remain a priority. SHA continues to stand on the shoulders of those benefactors who provide annual and estate planned financial support. Sacred Heart thanks you and encourages the entire community to consider a gift.

Walking Path
Community Building

Building a strong school community is at the center of a Sacred Heart experience. Faculty, staff, students, parents, alumnae and friends all participate in our community as we all have a role in upholding the school’s 155+ year mission. Sacred Heart’s strength is in its community. Building a strong community takes many forms including volunteering in the classroom or on an event committee, attending or hosting school events, making a financial gift and enthusiastically recommending SHA to others. All of this helps to protect and provide for our most treasured assets – our students and teachers.

Ways to Give

Unrestricted Giving

Sacred Heart Academy Bryn Mawr's Annual Fund fuels operations and closes the gap between tuition and the operating budget. Each year, you are asked to invest in our students with a gift to the Annual Fund. This fund supports academics, athletics, extracurriculars, technology, the physical plant, among other expenses. Without your gift, SHA cannot provide the excellent education for which we are known. This unrestricted support is used in the year in which it is received.

Restricted Giving
A restricted gift to the Annual Fund allows a donor to restrict their gift to an area of interest such as science, the arts, interscholastic athletics, and scholarship.
