Hear From Our Community

“I love school. I have a lot of friends, I'm learning a lot, and my teachers are very nice." - Lower School student

“Coming to SHA has allowed me to grow my personal and active faith in God. Being a Community Service representative, I help to organize service events and I lead morning prayer; these opportunities enable me to grow my faith each and everyday.  - Cara

"I felt welcome immediately upon arriving here in 6th grade and after almost six years, I still feel a great sense of community. I have made life long friends and have formed great bonds with my teachers because I know they will always be there for me when I have any questions or concerns. As a Community Service Leader, I also love the emphasis Sacred Heart places on giving back to those in need through drives and service projects." - Paige

The green stone in the Sacred Heart class ring symbolizes balance, life, and growth - qualities which represent my time at SHA as a student and teacher. The ring is worn by thousands of women around the world. That's empowering. - Kara Rufo '05, English Department Chair
